Amazon had me rating this as if it were a toy, but I didn't use it that way. I use it as an adhesive to stick paper templates to wood so I can cut them out with my jigsaw. It works great - stays sticky, but you can also peel off if you don't wait too long. Easy to spray and it doesn't soak through the paper.

The Krylon Triple Thick Crystal Clear Glaze works like a charm as a top coat. I used it to seal a Xbox 360 controller that I painted with Krylon Fusion, so far it looks brilliant. The finish it provides can change a plain-looking surface into a shiny, glass-like surface.





The first short coming is that the glaze will run and drip if not applied to an object that can lay flat, mostly because the spray is water based. The second short coming is the lengthy dry time, which is 24 hours. Well, it will dry in 4 hours, but to avoid leaving fingerprints, it is advised on the can to not touch it for 24 hours (It's not really a shortcoming, but more of an inconvenience).



Overall, it's a nice product, looks amazing, and is very good value for the price (I paid 3 dollars for a 12 ounce can at WalMart).

The adhesion is excellent as is ease of use. My only caveat is the price. The small 4.2 oz can I have says it will cover "up to" 12sft. At near $5 a can, that's .41 cents a square foot if you only spray the picture and not the mounting surface. Double that cost if you spray both.

The fast foam by 3M was exactly what we needed for our headboard project. We tried another product whose label recommended it for foam and wood projects but the adhesive properties were insufficient. Most DIY sites do not specify a particular adhesive to use so we went to a local store for help. When the product did not work properly I searched the internet for another alternative. I especially like this citrus based adhesive remover. I have used it on labels, books, household items, etc. Spray a dab on the label or gooey surface. At times you can leave it on a minute, and the label will slide right off. With certain items, a scraping will need to occur.



Aaah the smell of citrus. Unlike other chemicals in products, this always smells like oranges! Everytime I used this in an office, people think I am eating an orange.



WARNING!

Be very careful how you use this on clear plastics! Try it out if you are unsure. I have used this on videotape, (the clear plastic) and at times it can leave an ugly smudge. I have used this spray on book jackets, just to give it a nice clean looking finish.



Otherwise, this is an effective adhesive removal. I also recommend Un-Du 4 Ounce Adhesive Remover. Again. I advise you to be careful with these adhesives on certain plastics. ....Rizzo

This stuff if great! Before this I was using some industry adhesive, that was like superglue in spray form.



Now, I can mount, peel, and re-mount as many times as I like until my piece is straight, or EVEN REUSE the matte board when I am done showing my art piece.



If any gets on the matte board itself, it rubs off with a gentle rubber cement "eraser block", or your finger.



I have been saved from bad presentations due to sloppy mounting, and rebuying boards, which is sooooo costly.
